About your show: Well I train on a Tuesday night on Mark Yates' show, he plays a bit of everything from club classics to golden oldies and when I take over I try to play something for everyone; old and new and I also try to keep the music up-tempo. Its a great show, so listen between 7pm and 9pm.
I also sometimes present the first half of the request show on a Tuesday night which is also good fun from 9pm onwards.
